Hi,
I’m Lucy, the heart and hands behind Sweet Buzz!
At Sweet Buzz, I believe every special moment deserves an equally special gift.
What began as a simple hobby, creating gifts for my friends’ and family’s birthdays, quickly grew into a passion I couldn’t ignore. In 2019, I decided to turn that passion into a small business, crafting thoughtful, personalised gifts that go beyond the generic sets you find in shops.
My mission is simple: to create gifts that leave a lasting impression and make your loved ones smile. Every product is handmade or customised with care, designed for all occasions and filled with those little extras that make each gift truly unique.
Since taking the leap to run Sweet Buzz Gifts full-time in 2023, I’ve worked hard to grow my business, selling over 32,000 items on eBay and 16,500 items on Etsy, with incredible customer feedback (99.7% positive on eBay and 4.8 out of 5 stars on Etsy).
Every order is personal to me because it’s just me behind the scenes. Carefully creating, packaging, and sending out each gift as if it were for someone I love.

Your Questions Answered
How long will my order take to arrive?
I aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Once shipped, parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually takes 2–3 working days to arrive. If you need your gift sooner, you can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24, which typically takes 1–2 working days. If you have a really urgent order, just get in touch. I’ll always do my best to help.
Do you take custom orders?
Absolutely! I'd love creating something extra special just for you. If you have an idea in mind, simply pop me a message through the contact form, and I'll do my best to help.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personal notes?
Yes! For the listings where gift wrap is available, you’ll see an option to select it in the dropdown menu on the product page. A personalised message box will also appear underneath. Just add your note there, and I’ll include it with your order.

What is your return policy?
Our return policy is 30 days from the date you receive your order. Please note that any custom or personalised items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If there’s ever an issue with your order, just get in touch and I’ll always do my best to make it right.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes, I’d be happy to help with bulk or corporate gifting! Whether it’s for an event, staff gifts, or special occasions, I can create something personalised and beautifully packaged. Just get in touch via the Contact Us page, and we can chat about your ideas.
Do you ship internationally?
No, I currently only ship within the UK at the moment.
